WHAT IS PROPERTY DETAILING?

Detailing keeps the property in its best possible condition, especially cosmetic both inside and out. This involves an ultra-thorough and intensive, step by step cleaning process. This is achieved by removing visible and invisible contaminants from surfaces and fixtures within the property, as well as polishing them to their original blemish-free finish.

This includes removing all excess and rogue trade deposits – including but not limited to: paint, mastic, glue, plaster, grout, tape, mortar etc.

Adding detailing to a construction clean at any level will help restore the property’s beauty and protect the developer’s and their client’s investment.
